But it must be borne in mind that there are rules that should be followed when choosing the departure time and duration of the trip in order to comply with the safety standards of passengers on board.
Departure and walking time, taking into account seasonal factors
Passenger flights are made during the daytime – the helicopter must land before dark. Therefore, it is necessary to book a walk taking into account its duration and the duration of daylight in a particular season of the year. Having booked a helicopter for a specific time, the customer must arrive at the launch site within the specified time, without delay. The company cannot violate the departure and landing schedule, in addition, you will also need to be instructed about the rules of conduct and safety on board. Therefore, the time that was lost due to the client’s fault is automatically deducted from the duration of the trip.
There are often situations when customers want to join a group. Helitour helicopters assume a minimum of three passengers. If the customer wants to share the rental of a helicopter for an excursion with other fellow travelers, you need to contact the managers of Helitour, who will try to include the client in the group. In this case, you will have to put up with the proposed time and date, since coordination is carried out with all potential passengers of a particular flight and preference is given to the requirements of their predominant number. Needless to say, in this case, the client bears additional responsibility for being late, risking letting down a whole group of people.
It is also necessary to take into account that if circumstances do not allow the customer who booked the helicopter to take off within the agreed time, it is necessary to notify the dispatcher of the company two days before the appointed date with the possibility of rescheduling the trip to another day.
